So this personal training book isn't as easy as I thought it would be!Do you know that an example of an altered reciprocal inhibition is when a tight psoas decreases the neural drive to the gluteus maximums (those are the only 2 words I understand).Why can't they just say butt?They could save some trees by using smaller, dummy words.
